Departure flight

Having booked your airport transfer journey, we will ring you on the day before your departure to finalise the details of your taxi transfer. During this phone call, we will ensure that we have noted the correct pick-up date, pick-up time, arrival time at airport and flight number. If any details need changing, please inform us as soon as possible.

We will of course inform you in time of any possible delays.

You will be picked-up at home (or at the agreed meeting point). Please keep your phone at hand until our driver rings. We would advise you not to wait outside, so that you can be contacted by phone more easily, should any unforeseeable delays occur.

Please pay for your total journey (including return journey where applicable) when travelling to the airport. You can pay in cash, by cheque or by credit card. The driver will issue a receipt for your payment.

Please take note of our general terms and conditions. If you have also booked a return journey home, please carefully read the details regarding the meeting point outlined below.

Arrival flight

When you arrive at Frankfurt airport, our driver will meet you at the meeting point of the terminal at which your plane lands. The driver will be at the meeting point 45 minutes after your plane’s actual landing time.

The meeting point in your terminal is marked by the following sign:

You do not need to change terminals!

Please keep the printout of your taxi pick-up ticket clearly visible so that the driver can identify you at the meeting point. Please hand the pick-up ticket to the driver.

The meeting point is marked by a large blue cube hanging from the roof. Our driver will meet you exactly below this blue cube.

Terminal 1

If you reclaim your baggage in concourse A (hall A) then turn right after leaving the baggage reclaim and customs area. You will then automatically enter concourse B where you will find the meeting point.

If you reclaim your baggage in concourse B (hall B), you will see the meeting point in front of you immediately after leaving the baggage reclaim and customs area.

If you reveive your luggage in concourse C (hall C), please turn left after leaving the baggage reclaim and customs area. You will then automatically enter concourse B and will see the blue meeting point cube from a distance.

Terminal 2

If you arrive at terminal 2, please make your way to the centre of the terminal, where you will find the meeting point E. Your driver will be waiting for you there.

If you have any trouble with your baggage (e.g. damaged or missing items of luggage), please inform our driver as soon as possible, as his schedule may mean that he cannot wait long enough. Should our driver be delayed, please take into account that we may be affected by extreme weather conditions and/or heavy traffic. Flight delays and the coordination of group transfers can also cause lead to additional waiting time. If your plane lands ahead of schedule, please note that this may increase your waiting time as we are only informed of your estimated time of arrival 1 hour in advance.

If your plane is delayed, you do not need to worry, as we will be informed. If you are switched to another flight with a different flight number or arrival time, please inform us as soon as possible, as we can only rely on the information that has been given to us. Please also inform us should your flight be re-directed to a different airport.

In these cases we do not receive any information about your actual arrival time. We would therefore ask you to contact us in such cases, if at all possible. You can contact us day and night by phone or fax:

If you ensure the above mentioned information is observed, a smooth transfer is guaranteed. If however problems arise, please contact us as soon as possible. If the transfer has to be cancelled as a result of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster) passengers are not entitled to compensation.
